Refund Policy

Our return policy is 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received it, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Some types of goods are excluded from return. Perishable goods such as groceries, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. Intimate and hygiene items, hazardous materials and flammable liquids or gases are also not accepted.

Other items that cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items

In order to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only a partial refund is possible (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of wear
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette or record that has been opened
- Items that are not in their original condition, that are damaged or missing parts that are not due to our error
- Any item returned more than 14 days after receipt of delivery

Refund (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit applied to your credit card or original method of payment automatically within a specified number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. It often takes a while for the refund to be posted.

Out of stock items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately clearance items cannot be refunded.

Exchange (if applicable)
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange an item, please email us at for more information.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. A gift certificate will be mailed to you once the returned item has been received.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver mailed the order to themselves to gift to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.

To return your product, please send an e-mail in advance so that the address can be given to you.
You must bear the shipping costs for returning your item yourself. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Depending on where you live, it may take a different amount of time for the exchanged product to reach you.

If you are shipping an item for more than €75, you should use a trackable carrier or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
